WEBSITE INFORMATION

Safeguarding & responsible storytelling

Website publishing principles for protecting dignity, privacy and vulnerable people.

Updated 5 November 2026 · Current website scope, not an organizational certification.

01

People before publicity

Photographs and accounts should respect the people represented. The site does not publish children's names, precise home addresses or individual medical case details for publicity or fundraising.

02

Sources and visual honesty

Captions distinguish supplied photographs, historical accounts and AI-assisted visual work. A reconstructed or illustrative scene must not be presented as documentary evidence of an activity.

03

Permission and concerns

Identifiable stories require appropriate permission before new publication. If an image or description raises a concern, use the contact page to identify the page and material in question. Do not send sensitive case records.

04

Operational safeguards

Clinical licensing, volunteer screening, safeguarding reporting procedures and deployment risk reviews require separate organizational approval. This website statement is not proof that those operational systems have been established or independently certified.
